We guarantee the quality of all our products. When ordering from Bibogem, you can be assured that our products are of the highest quality. Please report any issues within one business day of receiving your order. Returned, unopened products are subject to a restocking fee equivalent to the proportionate cost of free shipping offered in your order. Under no circumstances does a replacement or refund constitute an admission of any kind by Bibogem S.r.l. We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we consider unfounded or fraudulent.

Orders placed before 12:00 (PST) are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 (PST) will be processed and shipped the next business day. Shipping is conducted during business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 PST, excluding holidays). Shipping within the UK
Bibogem offers tracked postal services for all products shipped within the UK. The courier will be selected by Bibogem at the time of dispatch to ensure the fastest possible delivery. International Shipping International shipments may be subject to additional fees and customs duties. Bibogem is not responsible for customs clearance or duties.
