The main ingredients are food colouring and water, odourless, tasteless, and certified by FDA, Kosher and Halal.

WARRANTY

The guarantee period is 1 year from the day the customer receives the product.
During the warranty period, if the product has a malfunction, Bibogem will either repair it or replace it with a new machine after determining the problem. With the customer’s original purchase invoice as proof, only the original purchaser has the right to make a warranty claim. Rest assured that our technical support is always available to help you under any circumstances, even if the problem is not covered by the warranty. RETURNS

All returns are to be made within thirty (30) days of receipt. You must ensure that the machine is in its original condition and packaging and include all relevant invoices with your return.
The refund is equal to the amount paid for the order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable method to ship your return.
After receiving the return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process the return and issue a refund within fifteen (15) days of receipt.

How to Use?

No App required

UPLOAD

Use your mobile device to scan the QR code of the machine to upload a picture. You can choose a photo from the system gallery or choose a personal picture. (The pictures you upload are only used for machine printing, you can delete them at any time)
Upload pictures by taking a selfie with the peripheral camera, and support offline use (the camera function service needs to be activated)

ADJUST

You can choose the size according to the diameter of the printed beverage cup, whether it is a cappuccino, a margarita or a martini glass, here you can set and save the size.
You can also improve the image quality by adjusting the brightness and contrast of the image to make the photo look better, more natural, and clearer.

PRINT

After pressing the ‘print’ button, your drink will automatically be lifted to a certain height and you can now enjoy your customised drink!

Do I need special training?

Installation takes approximately 5-10 minutes. Choose an optimal location to position the Food Printing Machine (for example the counter, near the bar), connect the electrical plug and the internet, insert the cartridge and do a print test. On-screen messages will guide you through the entire process, and if you need further help, you can schedule an onboarding phone call with our customer support team.
