The Food Print is a portable inkjet printer made specifically for food and beverage surfaces. The ink used is food grade, safe, odourless and tasteless. Perfect for coffee, macarons, cakes and much more, this safe, portable printing tool will help you add custom embellishments to your culinary creations.

WARRANTY

The guarantee period is 1 year from the day the customer receives the product.
During the warranty period, if the product has a malfunction, Bibogem will either repair it or replace it with a new pen after determining the problem. With the customer’s original purchase invoice as proof, only the original purchaser has the right to make a warranty claim. Rest assured that our technical support is always available to help you under any circumstances, even if the problem is not covered by the warranty. RETURNS

All returns are to be made within thirty (30) days of receipt. You must ensure that the PEN is in its original condition and packaging and include all relevant invoices with your return.
The refund is equal to the amount paid for the order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable method to ship your return.
After receiving the return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process the return and issue a refund within fifteen (15) days of receipt.

How to Use?

No App required

CONNECT

Scan the QR Code in Manual or search “PrintPen” on App Store/Google Play.
Press and hold the pen button for 3 seconds to turn it on. Open the App and agree to the App’s permissions to read the phone. Click the “Unconnected” button in the upper right corner of the APP and select the correct device model to complete the connection.

UPLOAD

You can edit the design you want to print via “Gallery”, “Add Text”, “Upload Picture” or “Freehand”.
At the same time, you can improve the print quality by adjusting the brightness, contrast and size of the picture.

PRINT

After editing is completed, click the “Print” button to upload the content to the pen.
When the APP page displays “Print”, you can start printing.
